Jeremy is a senior commercial transactions lawyer supporting clients in a broad range of industry sectors. His clients include publicly listed and privately held companies and local government and statutory bodies.

Jeremy specialises in commercial negotiations, advice and drafting with a particular emphasis on mitigating the legal risks inevitably arising from commercial dealings. He is the Director in charge of our commercial transactions team.

Before founding O’Donnell Salzano Lawyers some 20 years ago, Jeremy worked in large private legal practices and in house with a telecommunications multi-national.

James is a senior commercial and property lawyer and has particular expertise in complex property dealings, commercial leasing, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring and commercial contracts.

James acts for a broad base of clients ranging from publicly listed companies, statutory bodies and local councils to private individuals.
